The most common function you’ll perform in the Appointment Book is scheduling an appointment for an existing patient. Each appointment includes a lot of valuable information, and it’s imperative that appointments are scheduled correctly and include all pertinent information.

Additional Tips
- When you select an Additional Provider for the appointment, that provider’s name becomes a selection option when completing the appointment. By default, a provider will be assigned to all patient procedures in that appointment.
