Understanding Continuing Care Information Displayed in the Family File

To help you understand what services a patient is due to receive, the Family File’s Continuing Care block displays the continuing care types that a patient is assigned to and marks those types that are overdue for appointments.

Additional Tips

  • Items listed in red are overdue continuing care types, and the date shows when they were due.
  • Items listed in black are current continuing care types, and their due date shows when they are due.
  • A plus “+” sign on the right edge of the block indicates additional continuing care is currently assigned. Double-click the block to see the complete list of assigned continuing care.
