Patient notes allow you to record individual notes on a patient’s account. For example, if a patient expresses interest in teeth whitening, you can make a note for future reference. Patient notes are also an excellent place to make notes about a patient’s interests, hobbies, and other information to help you remember each patient and build a personal relationship with him or her.
