When you process payments from insurance carriers, do you find yourself selecting the same “Write-off” and “Refund” adjustment types? Dentrix allows you to preset your insurance adjustments to default to the adjustment types that you prefer. Then, when you enter insurance payments, your adjustment types will be automatically selected for you — saving you time and effort!

Additional Tips
- Changes made to the Insurance Adjustment Setup window apply to all patients.
- Once your selections are set, the next time you open the Total Insurance Payment dialog box, your default insurance adjustment types will automatically display in the Enter Adjustment section.

- Write-off Type: Ins Write-Off
