Do you have to track down your providers to have them sign insurance claims? Would you prefer not to bother them for such signatures? You can set a default option of having “Signature On File” or the provider’s name automatically print on their patient’s claims.

- If you select Signature on File, the phrase “Signature On File” is printed on the claim. If you select Provider’s Name,
