Editing or Deleting a Clinical Note

As long as a clinical note has not been signed or moved into history, you can edit or delete the note.

Additional Tips

  • You should only make changes or delete a clinical note if the information has been added to the wrong patient file.
  • You cannot edit or delete a clinical note that is in history (was entered in a previous month) or has been signed.
  • To change the provider, click Change Provider for Selected Note in the Clinical Notes toolbar. The Select Provider dialog box appears. Select the new provider, then click OK.
