In the Chart, there are several ways to post treatment. One of these ways is using the Procedure Codes panel. By using the Procedure Codes panel, you can select any of the procedures you need from the complete list of ADA codes and custom codes you’ve set up in your office.

Additional Tips
- When you post a procedure in the Chart, Dentrix also posts the procedure in the patient’s Ledger, which you can view in the Ledger by clicking Options > Treatment Plan.
- Existing Work and Conditions are posted on the Chart, but they are not posted in the Ledger because payments are not required for them.
