When you post a treatment-planned procedure in the Ledger or the Patient Chart, Dentrix automatically places those procedures into a default treatment plan case. You can create additional treatment plan cases to group and organize procedures by case.

Additional Tips
- The default Treatment Plan case was created when the procedures were treatment-planned. The default case can be renamed, rather than creating a new case. However, if you delete a default case, Dentrix automatically replaces it with a new one.
- To learn more about creating a new treatment plan case, read Creating New Cases in Dentrix Help.
