Adding Notes to a Treatment Case

Topic Progress:

When you present treatment cases to patients, it’s essential to make case notes about their treatment as part of the clinical record. Case notes can include patient concerns about their treatment options, disclaimers about additional fees, etc. Dentrix makes it easy to add notes to a treatment case by using templates or entering a note by hand.
