Viewing Scheduled Production in the Appointment Book

Topic Progress:

As you walk into a staff meeting, the dentist tells you that he’d like to discuss how close the practice is to meeting its monthly goals. With only a minute to gather this information, it’s most accessible through the Appointment Book’s Calendar, which provides a quick and simple way to view scheduled production, production goals, and any differences between the two.

Watch this video to learn how to view scheduled production in the Appointment Book. (Duration 1:43)

Additional Tips

  • Since patients might see your Calendars, production numbers are represented as normal numbers rather than dollar amounts.
  • To toggle production amounts on and off, while viewing the Calendar, click Scheduled Production.
  • To learn more about viewing scheduled production in the Appointment Book, read Viewing Production Using the Calendar in Dentrix Help.
