The Practice Advisor Report has several options, one of which focuses on how well your practice is filling up the schedule. The Schedule Management report provides insights into average hourly productions, the number of unfilled hours, the number of broken appointments, and so forth. This report is especially helpful if your practice actively sets scheduling goals and wants to monitor its progress.

Additional Tips
- The Include Dentist Detail and Include Hygienist Detail options provide details for each dentist and hygienist selected in the Select Dentists and/or Select Hygienists group boxes.
- The Include Graphs for Schedule Management option adds a page with graphs, which represents schedule-management information.
- Because this is a “detailed” report, it can take a long time to generate; however, you can continue to use Dentrix while it generates.
- You can export the report from the “Print Preview” window. The export option supports several file formats.
- To view the report later, without having to generate it again, in the Practice Advisor window, click Report History and locate the report by its run date and time.
