Printing a Prescription

Topic Progress:

When a provider creates a prescription for a patient, that prescription can either be printed immediately (as it’s created) or saved in Dentrix for printing at a later time.

Watch this video to learn how to print a prescription. (Duration 0:33)

Additional Tips

  • Prescriptions are listed with the date the prescription was created, the description, drug name, and the prescribing provider.
  • You can print a prescription immediately after it is created by clicking the Print button, instead of the OK button.
  • To learn more about printing a prescription, read Printing Prescriptions in Dentrix Help.
