When your practice is not doing as well as it has in the past, one metric you can check is your Case Acceptance Totals section from the Practice Advisor Report. This section displays your practice’s case acceptance totals including the amount of treatment diagnosed and accepted for a date range you specify, for the previous month, and for the year-to-date.

Additional Tips
- Treatment-planned procedures are always counted in the Practice Advisor totals according to the procedure date and not the entry date.
- The Practice Advisor saves past reports, so you can select a previous report and view it any time it’s needed. To view past reports, from the Practice Advisor dialog box, click Report History.
- Run the report on the last day of the month or set the As Of date to the last day of the month, so you’ll have a full month’s worth of data to compare against the report’s benchmarks.
- To email a copy of the report, you must have a MAPI-compliant email system, such as Microsoft Office, set up on your computer.
