Tracking Individual Patient Referrals

Knowing how many referrals a single patient has referred to your practice may not provide you with enough information to analyze the effectiveness of a marketing campaign or a rewards program. However, with the Dentrix Referral Analysis feature, you can track individual patient referrals, production generated by those referrals, and even track gratuities given as a thank you for those referrals.

Additional Tips

  • To filter the referrals by a specific span of time, set the Referral Date Span to the parameters of your choice. For example, set the option to display only the patient’s referrals made during the last 30 days.
  • To view production amounts for a specific span of time, set the Production Date Span to the parameters of your choice. For example, set the option to only display production generated during the last 12 months.
  • To view analyses for multiple referring patients, generate the Referred By Patient Report. To learn how, read Referred BY Patient Report in Dentrix Help.
