To give you some idea of how well your practice is doing compared to industry-wide dental standards, Dentrix compares your practices’ statistics to industry benchmarks in the Practice Advisor report. The predefined benchmarks are intended for a general practice with one provider; however, you can customize the benchmarks to better represent your practice. Before you make modifications, confer with a practice management consultant or a Dentrix Profitability Coach, to determine if or how you’ll need to customize any default values.

Additional Tips
- The Restore Defaults button, in the Benchmarks Setup dialog box, resets the values back to the predefined Practice Advisor’s benchmarks on both the Production Benchmarks tab and the Other Benchmarks tab.
