To track the effectiveness of your referral sources, you need to add them to the Dentrix database. Once added, you can then assign them to your patients.

Additional Tips
- Once you’ve selected a patient, you can also access the Dentrix Patient Referrals dialog box by double-clicking the Referred To or Referred By blocks in the Family File.
- In the Referred By Information dialog box, you should not enter credentials (DDS, DMD) in the title field because it will display before the doctor’s name. Instead, add the credentials to the end of their last name in the Last/Referral Name field.
