Printing a Walkout Statement

Do your patients sometimes want a receipt for their payments? The walkout statement enables you to print a receipt of charges posted and payments made on the day of treatment. You have several options when printing the statement. When your options are set, you can quickly print a walkout statement and give it to your patient.

Additional Tips

  • A walkout statement includes only procedures and payments completed on the day it is created and/or printed.
  • Do not select Save as Default unless you want to save your current settings for future statements.
  • You typically give a walkout statement to a patient who has just paid you and is about to “walk out” of the office; therefore, you will likely print the statement rather than send it to the Batch Processor.
