You most likely post procedures in the Patient Chart. Then, when you post the procedures complete, they are automatically posted to the Ledger. In some cases, however, you may need to post a procedure in the Ledger instead of the Patient Chart.

Additional Tips
- Before you can edit or delete a procedure, you must make sure that any claims linked to the procedure have been deleted.
- To treatment-plan a procedure from the Ledger, click the Options menu and select Treatment Plan. Then, continue with the steps discussed in this lesson’s video.
